At Neer International, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
📦 7-Day Return Policy
You can return a product within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
- We do not accept returns for size-related issues, so please check product dimensions before placing an order.
- Products that have been used, installed, or show any signs of use will not be accepted for return, even if physically returned to us.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels, packaging, and the invoice intact.
- Returns due to change of mind or personal dislike after purchase will not be accepted.
🔍 Damaged or Defective Product
In case the package appears damaged during delivery but the product inside is likely fine, we recommend:
- Accept the delivery, but write your remarks on the POD (Proof of Delivery) or DRS (Delivery Run Sheet).
- Click a clear photo of the POD/DRS with your remarks.
- Shoot a video while unboxing the package:
- Start from the package label.
- Show the entire product clearly.
- End the video again at the package label.
- Share this video and photos with us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
⚠️ This step is mandatory for replacement in case of any damage during transit. Without the video and required photos, replacement or refund will not be processed.
⚙️ Defective Product Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged product from our end:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will either replace the product or initiate a refund, including the shipping cost.
🔁 How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Call or email us with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm the return eligibility and provide further instructions.
🚫 Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped from our warehouse.
- Orders placed during sales or discounts are not eligible for cancellation.
🚛 Return Shipping & Extra Charges
- Ensure proper packaging of the returned item to avoid damage during transit.
- Any Toll Charges, Entry Tax, or State Tax during the return process must be paid by the customer.
- In case the replacement product is not available, we will offer you either an alternative product or a full refund, as per your preference. .
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
- Only unused products will be eligible for a refund.
- For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refund will be credited to your bank account after we receive your bank details.

⚠️ Return Verification & Policy Terms
Once we receive a returned product, our team will verify it based on the original unboxing video and shared photos.
If the returned item:
- Does not match the original product sent,
- Shows additional damage not visible in the unboxing video, or
- Comes with missing parts or accessories,
Then we reserve the right to cancel the refund or replacement.
In such cases, if the customer wants the same item returned back to them, it will be re-shipped only after the customer pays the courier charges in advance.
This policy ensures transparency and prevents misuse of our return system.
